Tiny Toes Kids Yoga
Yoga promotes physical strength and motor coordination, and it also teaches kids to use their muscles in different ways whether a pose is done standing, sitting, or lying down, each one can challenge various muscle groups. At the same time a child becomes more aware of their body and how it functions. Yoga refines balance and coordination while practicing their perseverance by learning yoga poses engaging in fun movement, creating an authentic meaningful experience.

Hi I'm Ashley! (AKA Ms. Ashley)
I am so excited to continue teaching yoga at Arbor Montessori. I am certified in instructing kids yoga from ages 3-15. It's been a great stress reliever in my own life and I want to share my passion of yoga with the younger community. I love it when the children come to me and share their favorite yoga poses. I make that connection right from the start. It makes such a difference throughout my yoga classes to introduce and teach breathing exercises, yoga poses, games, challenges, and relaxation. I bring to my yoga classes calmness, smiles, meeting new friends and joy of yoga!
